"Ricno has established itself as a reliable company when fabrication deadlines are set. For example, Frito-Lay had a Roto Clone Impeller that failed in 2007. The impeller served as a critical piece of equipment due to the fact it filters the corn dust particles in our Cheetos Department. Without this impeller the Cheetos Department would not have been able to run because of the safety issue it created when processors are working. The original equipment manufacturer wasn't able to supply Frito-Lay with an impeller in a reasonable timeframe (4 weeks) and Ricno was able to re-engineer an impeller within just several days of the purchase order being released. Ricno was able to re-engineer the impeller at a cost 5% lower than the OEM, not to mention the production loss Frito-Lay would have incurred if Ricno wasn't able to re-engineer this impeller in a timely manner. Since then Frito-Lay has used Ricno for several new projects and has worked well with our maintenance staff when critical information is needed.
